Sleep Affiliations

• We are contracted with Presbyterian Health Plan, Lovelace Health Plan and UnitedHealthcare to treat sleep disordered breathing using an oral sleep appliance after a sleep study and a referral from a sleep physician has been made.
  
  
• We work with all the New Mexico sleep centers and their associated physicians.
  
  
• While there are many insurance companies across the country that we are not contracted with, we will be happy to assist you in filing your claims.
